That is the question every person contemplating a home inspection should ask themselves. Every other business I use only charges for the services I use or the time spent on the job. Most Home Inspectors charge the same price for a small townhouse as a large estate. Who do you think is getting the "good deal" and who do you think is "getting taken", you have to be the judge here!

When you go to the super market and buy a roast, you don't pay the same price for your 3 lb roast as the shopper in front of you with a 5 lb roast.

Our experience has shown that the amount of bathrooms usually correllates with the size of home and the amount of time we spend there. Any irregularities always work out in favour of the client.
